In response to the rising consumption of food supplements in France, NèreS launched the video-based campaign Tout savoir sur le bon usage des compléments alimentaires (“All about Food Supplements and their Responsible Use”) to help consumers make safe and informed choices. The initiative aimed to demystify food supplements by providing clear guidance on how to choose the right products, understand their composition, be aware of potential risks, and recognise the importance of seeking advice from pharmacists.

- Highlight the advisory role of pharmacists in guiding supplement use.
- Encourage consumers to buy food supplements through pharmacies or trusted sources.

- 6 video tutorials featuring a well-known pharmacist-journalist, filmed inside a local pharmacy
- Scripts developed by a cross-company working group of food supplement and marketing experts
- Tutorials shared via NèreS’ social media platforms (X, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Supported by a digital advertising campaign including: skippable video ads on YouTube; sponsored tweets to boost reach on X
- The videos were designed to be informative, accessible, and practical, offering consumers tips on how to use supplements safely and effectively.
