Anefp’s Digital Week is an annual initiative designed to foster open dialogue around self-care, healthcare innovation, and digital transformation. Held entirely online, the event brings together experts, industry leaders, and healthcare stakeholders through a series of livestreamed sessions, interviews, and social media content.

Objectives

  • Explore the opportunities and challenges of digital transformation in the self-care sector
  • Share knowledge, tools, and practical use cases in digital communication and strategy
  • Strengthening the role of digitalization as a core pillar of self-care industry

Target Audience

  • Initially targeted at anefp members
  • Now extended to include all consumer health professionals

Key Activities and Approach

  • A 5-day digital event featuring:
    o Daily online sessions focused on selfcare digital trends
    o A concluding session led by member companies sharing digital case studies
  • Topics from the latest edition included: generative AI in healthcare and marketing, conversational marketing, the impact of AI on search engines, digitalisation and sustainability
  • Internal promotion through member bulletins
  • Media engagement with specialised health/communications outlets
  • Social media campaigns via anefp’s official channels: Instagram, X (Twitter) and LinkedIn

Impact and Result

  • Over 1,000 professionals attended throughout the 4 editions
  • Average: 300 participants per edition, 90 per session, and 40 associated companies
  • High media coverage:
    o Approx. 10 journalists per edition
    o More than 350 media mentions
  • Proactive communication strategy significantly boosted attendance and engagement
  • Positioned the event as a valuable networking and engagement opportunity for members
