Anefp’s Digital Week is an annual initiative designed to foster open dialogue around self-care, healthcare innovation, and digital transformation. Held entirely online, the event brings together experts, industry leaders, and healthcare stakeholders through a series of livestreamed sessions, interviews, and social media content.
Objectives
- Explore the opportunities and challenges of digital transformation in the self-care sector
- Share knowledge, tools, and practical use cases in digital communication and strategy
- Strengthening the role of digitalization as a core pillar of self-care industry
Target Audience
- Initially targeted at anefp members
- Now extended to include all consumer health professionals
Key Activities and Approach
- A 5-day digital event featuring:
o Daily online sessions focused on selfcare digital trends
o A concluding session led by member companies sharing digital case studies - Topics from the latest edition included: generative AI in healthcare and marketing, conversational marketing, the impact of AI on search engines, digitalisation and sustainability
- Internal promotion through member bulletins
- Media engagement with specialised health/communications outlets
- Social media campaigns via anefp’s official channels: Instagram, X (Twitter) and LinkedIn
Impact and Result
- Over 1,000 professionals attended throughout the 4 editions
- Average: 300 participants per edition, 90 per session, and 40 associated companies
- High media coverage:
o Approx. 10 journalists per edition
o More than 350 media mentions - Proactive communication strategy significantly boosted attendance and engagement
- Positioned the event as a valuable networking and engagement opportunity for members
