To celebrate International Self-Care Day, anefp launches every year a digital-first campaign aimed at encouraging the public to take simple, proactive steps to care for their health. Through a combination of expert videos and health tips shared across social media provided by anefp’s associated members, the campaign raises awareness about everyday actions that contribute to wellbeing.
Objectives
In 2025, the campaign #TeCuidamosEnCadaEtapa shared useful and tailored advice for each stage of life (childhood, youth, adulthood and senior years), helping people understand the importance of prevention and taking care of their health, as well as encouraging them to take action.
Primary objectives:
- Raise public awareness around the importance of responsible self-care at every stage of life.
- Encourage healthy habits and preventive healthcare among the population.
- Highlight the work of member companies in improving people’s self-care throughout all stages of life.
Target Audience
- General public in Spain, especially digital users of X (anefp_org), Instagram (anefp_org), and LinkedIn (anefp)

- Launch of a dedicated campaign hashtag each year
2025: #TeCuidamosEnCadaEtapa
2024: #TeCuidamos (#WeTakeCareOfYou): a campaign focused on offering useful self-care tips.
2023: #SomosAutoCuidado (#WeAreSelfCare): which presented self-care actions promoted by member companies.
2022: #EsCosaDeTodos (#ItConcernsUsAll): aimed at highlighting self-care as a collective commitment.
2021: #EsCosaTuya (#ItsUpToYou): focused on individual responsibility in practising self-care.
2020: “Sé responsable. Cuídate” (“Be responsible. Take care of yourself”): a list of ten recommendations for responsible self-care
- The 2025 campaign #TeCuidamosEnCadaEtapa includes different colored visuals for the four stages of life, with tips on: dental and oral health; digestive and nutritional health; skin care and intimate hygiene; pelvic and sleep health; immune system care and physical exercise; recommendations for specific life stages such as pregnancy and menopause; special attention given to relevant issues like digital health, lower back care, mental health, common summer infections, and protection against insect bites
- Contribution of member companies and partner organisations in each edition’s content
- Visuals and tips actively promoted in July via coordinated posts
