In 2026, the Spanish Consumer Self-Care Association (anefp) launched the campaign #AgendaTuAutocuidado (“Schedule Your Self-Care”), an initiative designed to encourage people to make prevention and self-care part of their daily routine throughout the year.
Through a coordinated digital campaign running during July, anefp and its member companies shared practical, science-based self-care advice across social media channels. The campaign promoted the idea that self-care should not be limited to specific moments but integrated into everyday life, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
